Horrible customer service. Horrible. First of all, they ignored us whenever we tried to give them the paper for one hour straight! Considering my order was ready, they didn’t even give it to me until I had to speak to the manager. Also, the environment was awful, kids were literally inside the kitchen trying to get their food, also causing distraction and a total mess. Next time, I urge you to find a solution by telling the workers to actually answer us and respect us like what we’re doing to them, instead of fully ignoring us. It shouldn’t be called fast food if the orders would take up to 30 minutes. There was no crowd, I literally was the only order to be served in the family section, and they totally ignored my order for 20 minutes, while serving drive through customers!!!
