I used to come to Caribou monthly for the last 4 years and the treatment of the staff, coffee quality and ambiance was absolutely amazing. After closing Caribou in Al-Rayyan district, east of Riyadh, near my house, and the branch located at Exit 10 on the highway, I started coming to this branch, and the employee's treatment was very elegant. But the manager's behavior, I think of Indian nationality, was very bad, as I asked for red tea only, and he made me tea with cinnamon, and when I asked him to change the order because I didn't ask for it, he looked annoyed. In his behavior as if I am wrong. We would ask management to speak to this employee and tell them to treat customers...

This coffee shop is a very special one to me and a lot of people in this area. I have been visiting it for years and it is getting even better.

The atmosphere is special. The seats and tables are comfortable and clean. The windows and huge and the outside area is also big and pleasant.

Their drinks are special, very good ingredients are used... Which also makes their simple drinks excellent, like their filter coffee... it is best in my my opinion. (It's a special blend)
