This is the worst and most inconvenient place to bring your kids. Previously in Riyadh gallery it was Sparky’s, I used to use the Sparkys card for the whole year. I would put around 700 riyals and get 1500 in it that would be more than enough for us for six months or a year. The playing area would only cost 50 riyals and all the other games were affordable. then one beautiful day, I come here and another brand has taken over the place: MALAHI. Thinking that it would be the same deal I purchased a card and I put around 600 riyals in it and they gave us 1000 points in it. We used it a couple of times for the same soft area that used to be from Sparky and then all of a sudden one day we come and the soft play area was closed under construction. We were so sad and the kids played a few games from the machines which were not affordable anyways time passes and finally we come back. The playing area is renovated looks really good and it’s opened my girls are Very excited and ask me to bring them here. I come only to find out that the money that was in the card had expired so there was zero balance anyways I say OK let me put some more money. I give them the card and they tell me all of this card is old. It is from more than four months ago so every four months we should also change the card that they sell to you and they didn’t accept the same card which has their name by the way anyways. You cannot put in the card as much money as you want. You only have to pick one of their packages. You cannot put like 200 or as much as you want so you have to go buy one of their packages anyways I put the money and then I put the girls in the playing areas which by the way it’s very expensive it’s 100 riyals only two hours And then when I also want to go inside and just check on them they asked me to purchase socks for 22 points or 22 riyals which is super super super...
Read moreHonestly, we were really looking forward to checking out the playpark, but the whole experience before even getting in was a letdown. First off, if you don’t already have their card, you have to buy one just to use points inside. The minimum is 229 SAR for 270 points — pretty steep, especially considering you’re just trying to let your kids play. The whole point system feels more like a way to get you to preload money you might not even use again unless you keep coming back regularly.
On top of that, adults are charged 23 SAR each just to enter — even if you’re not playing — and socks are 12 SAR per person, which just adds to the already high cost.
What really pushed us to walk away was the attitude at the counter. The staff member explaining the system seemed annoyed from the start. I even had to ask if she was upset because it felt uncomfortable. In the end, we decided it wasn’t worth...
Read moreIt’s a very nice, clean and big play area and it’s our first time here today however within 5mins we’re told to not play in front of the slides in the ball pits and not to play in the inflatable balloon by the staffs who speak 0 English, thanks for ruining the experience. I understand safety comes first but this...
