للاسف عند احترام الزبون وعند طلب انه يرى ما حدث بالكوب بسبب الغطاء وطلب تبديل الكوب رد وبكل عدم احترام انه خطأ من قبلي وهو من قام باعطائي وقيامة بعدم اعطاء فاتوره للطلب وهذا مخالف الانظمة والشي الاخر انه عند سواله عن الفرع رفض رغم ان الشركة لها تعليمات باحترام الزبون ولكن للاسف هذا الشخص وهو من وضع مسئول عن هذا الفرع انكا يمثل نفسه ويريد التقليل من شان الشركة بعدم احترام الزباين

السلام عليكم حصلي موقف اليوم مع الموظف الهندي طلبت بلاك كوفي وسولتد كراميل حجم ميديم والموظف غلط في حجم مشروبي قلت له هذا مو نفس طلبي وقال (خلاص مافي مشكله انتي كل يوم تشربين هذا المشروب اليوم صغير عادي) جداً مرفوض كلامه لي ويقولي بهذي الطريقه ليه وانا حطيت نجمات بس عشان اكتب التعليق وشكراً

Dunkin Donuts Riyadh should really try contacting their other branches in Europe like in Poland and Germany. Their one Donut is soft and just amazing, that it can not be expressed by words. Now people with minds that are not clean might say "it was because of the views of Europe, but no I am serious, their donuts are just amazingly soft and because of the quality of their food the younger generation of Europeans have little to no issues with obesity. Try quality and satisfaction...

I'm a regular customer but recently the coffee is Honorable it tastiest like its burned.

I tried the JAVE TIME cafe next to the dunking store and it wasn't that bad but not as good as dunkins' was !!!

I'm thinking of getting my own coffee maker and do it my self ( probably that's whats gona happen )

To bad that dunkins' coffee isn't what it used to bee due to...

Simple, delightful and well managed!

I love their consistant quality, coffee and donuts. However, they sometime lose that touch, but insist for what you want and they will help you get it.

I always ask for fresh coffee and usually I get what I want but sometimes I face a new employee or a bord one. But eventually will get my order!
