When we enter the restaurant, it is so hot inside. When we sit, i ask the waiter why it is so hot. After that, he opened the AC

Service is bad We ordered pancit sotanghon guisado, and it was overcooked.

And we order tom yum soup, and the waiter forgot to write to the order list, and we were waiting almost 25 minutes for that soup. Suddenly, they said it not written in the order, but i repeated to the waiter our order

That restaurant only had 3 customers at that time. And no one is asking if our order is good or something we need or missing

Lastly, i ordered 7-up, and they gave one paper glass just like fast food like herfy, McDonald's, Burger King. i suppressed on the price of the 7-up its 15 riyals.

Not surprisingly that why this "CUSINA RESTAURANT" DONT HAVE CUSTOMER

unlike "ALING INASAL, BLACK PINOY, PINOY ANDOKS, SARAP INASAL, they have a lot of customers.. because there service is very good... not like this 3 star restaurant because of the price on 1 cup...

A more rustic or industrial design would better complement the existing decor and elevate the dining experience.
