Ordered big tasty meal and cheese burger through hunger station but I received a missing order, my cheese burger was not included and what's worse is that the fries they gave looked like a bunch of 2 types of leftover fries, also both burger and fries we're even delivered cold with not even a tad of warmth that would serve a proof it came out of the store freshly made and still hot . I recently visited the McDonald's branch at Al-Masif and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The food served was cold, and the Sprite tasted like water. Upon raising this issue with the staff, we were informed that Sprite was unavailable, and it was replaced with water without any proper explanation. Moreover, when I approached the cashier to place my order, I was directed to use the self-service kiosk in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. I ordered 5 burgers with 2 meals. I specifically asked the guy to drop fresh chicken patties. I took the order home nearby (2min drive). When I took the first bite, it was not fresh at all. I took it back and asked the guy to replace it. He was kind enough to replace the order but to my surprise it was the same (not hot and fresh at all). This has never happened at other branch that I used to go. This is not the first time it has happened. I believe there is a problem with their stock. Extremely bad experience!!
