Bad service. We waited for our order to be served, but since nobody served it I went to the counter to pick it up. The order wasn’t even prepared. A staff took my receipt, placed it on the table and totally forgot about it. I stood there waiting for so long. If I didn’t say I’ll cancel my order, they wouldn’t prepare it. This outlet is one of the most pathetic in customer service. Took me 45 min to get a happy meal as the only people served on the counter were the delivery guys. I have force myself to get my order after 45 min. People served totally out of queue and number. My order displayed on the monitored that it's prepared but in reality it was not the case.
