on Monday 19 5 2025 evening the place was not very busy .My expectation of food was very good after reading and seeing the menu and some tik tok about it . I was very hungry too after long day. The place was good. plates and cutlery were good...or very good. The free starter was limited papadoms and only one small pot of green dip. ( never in any Indian resturang like this in anywhere atound the globe in my wide travel).I asked about chutney which is usual in Indian restaurants around the globe, there was none. Jumped a service person with more formal dress and saying :This is new staff and he doesn't know.. no more explanation. !! More senior well dressed Indian guy came and offered in his bare hand a small dip pot and little talk. no tray no spoon. !! like you give your friends in your desert outings...not formal.
The starter halim Hyderabadi Indian dish with meat was salty. Veg sambusa was not Indian at all and boring no taste. [ ] I asked the well dressed serving man and he said it is people like it not too spicy sambosa etc and not explaining. how salty the other started. polite and no professionalism. I only managed 2 out of 4 samosa therefore. .and few spoons from the other salty starter. couldnt any more...though i was really starving. both ready for take out.
the main course: i asked and explained that i am in an Indian restaurant and I wanted the food to be spicy. again well dreesd serving man promissed me and aftere usual repeating my self twice or three times he promised me to prepare for me a spicy chikckn special massal (the place's speciality). And added with it a garlic bread.
The garlic bread was very very oily unfortunately...and because i was very hungry i ate 2 pieces out if three and my hands were by now very oily and sticky..sadly. There was a bitter taste in the bread.I was puzzled. The chicken again was not spicy.
Even more better dressed man. I knew it was the manager later, came and asked if all is well. ? I explained politely : no
the garlic bread was awful ....I told him honestly and literally. I asked him about the stuff I observed on top of the oily bread, he said it is galic paste. I said honestly and accueatrly it was horrid and bitter tast ruined my meal. he kept explaining...politely but not professionally. He was polite and typically not professional. He offered to give me different bread. by then I had no trust and no interest in the whole food and the place saying no thank you.. the well dressed serving man came soon later . I repeated the same thing He was polite but not at all professional. He asked me if he should bring the nanger to me, i said the one who was talking to me earlier? he said yes..I said no thank you. what is the point. i asked for the bill.
I said to him politely and quietly and honestly: This is my first time and my last time. Nothing from him. polite but not professional at all as often in Indian restaurants around the globe sadly. I like Indian food thought, and despite that, and often I try to make home made Indian dishes.
I repeated the saying he continued the billing and asking me to get things for a take away. I said no. Basic professional reply would be : I am sorry we did not meet your expectation. my apology...or some thing like that. never.
I left and deliberately kept the starter take away which was there from before.
my experience at this restaurant says: this is an Indian restaurant by staff only and Indian bad standard only.
Thd sparkling water was 5/5 to be fair and positive.
my first and my last. It explains why they go bust and close in near future . My only other Indian restaurant i will go is one in alnakheel mall. Objectively talking, they are getting better.
Going to this length writing about my personal very recent experience, says a volume.
I enjoyed the sparking water..Thanks to Allah. I usually dont waste food and do my best to appreciate the blessing if Allah and eat it or give it away I must...
Read moreI had a truly pleasant experience at Peradiz Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere stood out—it’s a great spot for families of all backgrounds ( they offer partitioned area as some genuine families prefer), offering both comfort and elegance.
The food was absolutely delicious and of high quality. Fortunately, due to the size of our group, we were able to order a wide variety of dishes, which gave us the chance to experience much of what the menu has to offer. We tried the 65, Chopsticks, Afghani Tandoori, Royal Tandoori, Royal Rogan Josh, Peradiz Special Lamb, Chicken Salad, and rice—each dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and presented beautifully.
The menu is rich with Indian dishes, and while you won’t find items from other cuisines like in some other Indian restaurants, this actually adds to the authenticity of the experience, which I truly appreciated.
Service was exceptional across the board—from the doorman to the kitchen staff. A special thanks to Nashad ( i hope i spelled his name correctly) for his outstanding support and warm hospitality. He really made our visit even more enjoyable.
Without a doubt, I’ll be adding Peradiz to my list of favorite restaurants, and I look forward to coming...
Read moreOn Eid Day, I planned something different to eat for my family.
What, what, what options do I have and extra ordinary so I searched Chinese, American, Turkish and settled on Indian
And in that I found Peradiz restaurant.
This was our first time to visit with children and we had lots of fun, the staff was very helpful in selecting the menu and the spices.
Also they were very cooperative with kids, assisting them in their search for washrooms and my kids (toddlers) 6, 4.5 and 3 years old also enjoyed the food and the ambiance.
Thank you Peradiz for making our Eid dinner a wonderful one.
Do visit with family, kids and as a couple, you will enjoy definitely.
It is housed right besides another restaurant, which is named after the most popular Bollywood actor “Shah Rukh Khan”.
We went there first however the experience at check in was a waiting one for at least 20 minutes and the place is very small, housed with only 6 family tables.
Do enjoy your food, the days any event and I’m sure you will enjoy and remember this experience.
Do view my pictures of the restaurant and the yummy...
