Well my mistake that I didn't read the reviews before I order and here I am to express my extreme disappointment about the terrible experience I just had.
App says 33 - 42 minutes. Got my food at 1h13 minutes. Taouk is freezing. Taste was just okey. Fattoush (which clearly mentioned twice on the comments on the app to exclude pepper came with a dozen of pepper big cuts. Hommos was funnily waterish.
Price is over the top for SAR 60 for a Fattoush and 8 pieces Taouk.
Not to mention that the phone number for the outlet on the receipt is not working 😄😄😄
And the most funny among this whole horrible experience is the ToYou customer service agent with his copy paste clichet responses ( if ever , since he responded that your food will be delivered soon and thank you for contacting us) no further comment about the delay or quality or my trashed fattoush...

Despite ordering sandwiches, they remained in the "preparing" status on the application for nearly two hours. The delivery was prompt, arriving within 12 minutes, so it wasn't the delivery person's fault. However, the sandwiches were practically inedible upon arrival—they were unappetizing even to my cat. Read more1 star is too much. Only thing he has going is garlic taste good. Everything else is horrible. Presentation is bad. Looks like sandwich was sloped together by someone who doesn’t care about his job. I question how clean they are just by the carelessness of the food. Sandwich also had very little chicken.
