We've visited multiple times now, I no longer remember how many times! The food has always been very good. There was a time we once received over-done ribs which wasn't medium-well as we ordered, and they brought out another to replace it, done just as we requested this time. So they really do try to correct anything that may be amiss. I appreciate that kind of service!
We've also gone for their iftaar and I would have a hard time choosing another restaurant over them if I were to go for another iftaar. With all you can eat soup, salad and sambosas (sambosas which are very yummy!) and of course their main meals, my family and I were very happy. You all at Outback out-do yourselves!
Their service is impeccable! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They really make you feel welcomed. They keep not only you, but your kids happy as well. They periodically come by to check that your meal is fine and if you need anything more. And unlike other restaurants where only the assigned waiter cares to hear about what you need, all the waiters are happy to take your request and serve you. I can tell that their customer service training is fantastic. So kudos to the team and their staff trainers! (Other restaurants should look to them to know what outstanding customer service looks like).
One small downside is, when they get crowded and busy in the evenings, it can seem a bit crowded with the tables in the middle. So try to go when it's not as crowded. But even when it's busy, they still somehow manage to provide outstanding service.
I would definitely recommend this place and for sure will be visiting again. Keep up the great work...
Read moreWhile the food was acceptable, our experience was unfortunately defined by a consistent and frustrating lack of professional service. The poor impression began at the door, where instead of being shown to a table, I was dismissively told by the manager to "call my friends." This unwelcoming start was compounded by basic cleanliness issues, including a sticky glass and menu. The primary frustration, however, stemmed from my main course. I had clearly communicated a dietary request to substitute fries for creamed spinach. My order not only arrived last but was incorrect. The critical failure was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of communication: I was only informed that the spinach was unavailable after the incorrect plate was placed in front of me. The attempt to resolve this was equally frustrating. After a long wait for the same manager, I was required to explain the entire situation from the beginning, only for his questions to make it clear he was already aware of the problem. This was not a simple miscommunication; it felt like a deliberate tactic to undermine my complaint and delay a solution. It sends a clear message that a guest's time is less valuable than the staff's, and treats customers not as guests to be cared for, but as problems to be managed. That is an unforgivable failure for any...
Read moreI’ve enjoyed the Tuscan Smothered Chicken. The onion soup was astonishing.
However the portions of the salad 🥗 was not enough.
I came in Ramadan. I should try it on different time to have better judgment.
On the second visit I decide to change my review from 4 to 1 out of 5. Why?
Upon arrival at Outback Restaurant for our eagerly anticipated meal, we were met with a baffling and unfortunate oversight.
Despite reaching out beforehand, we discovered our reservation was inexplicably missing from their list. To exacerbate matters, when we sought clarification, the response lacked any form of apology.
We were instead misinformed that our booking was mistakenly made at a different location—a claim that held no water, as we received no booking confirmation whatsoever.
This error would have been promptly rectified had we been notified, preventing any inconvenience.
This experience not only placed us in an extremely embarrassing predicament but also left us scrambling to find an alternative place to break our fast during the holy month of Ramadan. Given the gravity of this oversight and the lack of accountability, I am compelled to state that I will never consider dining at Outback Restaurant again, under any...
