Dunkin Donuts is a worldwide coffee brand. The coffee and the doughnut were good, but nothing remarkable. Besides its size, there wasn't anything about the doughnut that made it stand out against the others we had tried. Plus, it was the first of the doughnuts to go stale. It's not something you'll want to eat past the first day you buy it.

The services are also good not in all stores but almost. The coffee taste is the same in all branches and the donuts too. Every day they have two deliveries for Donuts and the expiry of a donut is 24 hours or a day.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your employees at the Qurtoba branch. Unfortunately, the Filipino staff member provided the worst service I have ever experienced at Dunkin’.

His attitude toward customers was disrespectful and unprofessional, and he seemed to create unnecessary problems without reason. Due to repeated negative experiences with him, I now avoid visiting the Qurtoba branch altogether.

The crew is rude i was trying to speak the crew about the thumbler that i order for free coffee because every time i order thumber and broght thumbler to the store they have free coffee already in the thumbler and he hung uo me on the phone! I expect that everytime i order to dunkin...
