Kailash Parbat - Indian Vegetarain | Vegan Restaurant — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

Oh boy! Kailash Parbat... Just the name brings so many fond memories from the past when I worked near Strand Cinema, Colaba in Mumbai and the original shop, used to be one of my go to place for quick bite or light lunch. So apologies in advance but the name brings High expectations along with the memories and anything I eat here, I'll be compelled to compare it with their original taste at First Pasta Lane Shop!

That being said, Kailash Parbat brings one reputed and reliable name to the pure vegetarian and vegan population of Riyadh. So far the only go to place was Saravana Bhavan so more the merrier!

They started operations here from 5th of June 2024. I had first visit in the following week so it is understood that they were still training their staff on practical ops and daily traffic which can be a little overwhelming. Though service is pretty decent, it would take a while to reach top notch level. I had few basic questions which captain could not answer and had to bring in a senior but I would wait it out and might review this again after couple of months.

The ambiance is pretty chic and modern. Only ground floor was operational when I visited and they said the top floor will be functional soon. But 5/5 for the decor and ambience.

Food being the most important aspect in terms of a restaurant visit... There is a lot that can be done and I've given my feedback to staff and management there too in good spirit as I want this restaurant to be successful here.

First the taste of the original shop is not available in their chat dishes yet! And chats and Samosas are their trademark dishes and they must get it right. Also the visuals of the chat dishes in the menu has more items(quantity wise) but less when served which is something that needs to be fixed ASAP as in Arab culture it can be seen as deceitful. Also the spice levels are little too sharp and needs to be reduced. Prices are a little high. That being said I've only tried their signature chat platters and Samosa chat yet and will be visiting again for the next tasting and review soon.

For those who love chaats, their Jain Pani Puri and Sev Puri are a must-try. The balance of tangy, sweet, and spicy flavors is just perfect!

The kulfi falooda is the perfect way to end your meal, with its creamy texture and indulgent flavors.

Service - The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to make recommendations based on your preferences. Service is prompt, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Kailash Parbat Restaurant, very good and beautiful environment I liked it very much. And the food is also very delicious, the employees here are very good I am drawing everyone's attention. You will come to eat at Kailash Parbat. I have visited Dubai, Qatar, Egypt, and Germany, a few more countries. And what have I eaten in those countries. After coming to give a picture of the butt. After eating at Kailash Parbat Restaurant. I am very impressed. And I am very happy. I liked it. That is why I especially liked the service of this boy, Mahadi Hassan. And I am very impressed by his talent and intelligence and his style of speaking and his behavior. I asked him for the menu and he served me very nicely. Then I ordered Panipuri, Spoken Basket, Ragra Panipur, all of these are very tasty. I will come again to eat the main course. I especially liked the service of Mahadi Hassan. He is a very happy person❤️ I pray for him to do better in the future. And I am drawing attention to the management. Help him to move forward. That's why I drew the attention of the management.
