McDonald's — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald's located at the intersection of Prince Mohammed Ibn Salman Ibn Abdulaziz Rd and Qurtubah Said Ibn Zaid Rd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a fan of McDonald's, I was shocked by the behavior of the manager and employees when I ordered a Big Mac menu. My order was forgotten and it took over 45 minutes to arrive. When I approached an employee to inquire about my order, they didn't respond. I then asked to speak with the manager, but was instead brought to another employee who was also unable to assist me. I persisted in my request to see the manager and was disturbed to find him sitting there with a dismissive gesture, as if he didn't care about...

Whenever I place an order at McDonald’s, the food consistently arrives cold and not fresh. Even when I specifically request extra hot, fresh, and large fries, I receive old, stale bread and a small portion of fries that feel more like a medium meal than a large one. Additionally, the employees often seem unhappy and unkind when I make these requests. It feels like McDonald’s no longer cares about its customers and is only focused on generating money. Very unique and an amazing McDonald’s it contains both a single and a family section the single section has a bathroom which is alright and some amazing chairs that spin and the family section had closed seating with a curtain to close the area and on the second floor has a playground with slides and even 2 PlayStation 4s with fifa on it very unique and excellent place it also contains a drive thru with 2 lanes to make things quicker they are also fast with your order...
