TGI Friday's — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

Today I want to tgi fridays and it was HORRIBLE. So like at first My family and I ordered some food, 2 of the meals being 2 beef fajitas and potato twisters, and everything was fine, until the food came. The potato twisters' portion was DECREASED. I've been eating at this place for years, and I remember that it used to be a much bigger portion, had a lot of cheese to the point that when my family and I finished it, there would still be a good amount of cheese left on the plate, and it was less overpriced. But they raised the price. I'm usually fine with it as long as I'm getting my money's worth, but now, not only is it super overpriced, but they also decreased their quality and quantity of this meal, which is super unacceptable. Not only did they mess up the potato twisters, but they also messed up our entire meal. Everything else was lacking in quality, but the worst has got to be the beef fajitas. They didn't have any guacamole coming with the meal, so we asked for some, but when the guacamole came, it. looked. DISGUSTING. But that's not all. The fajitas themselves were so bad! Like, one side of them was rare, and the other side was BURNED, which I didn't know was even POSSIBLE to do, the tortilla bread was small, it was lacking in quality, and they still expect us to eat it?! SUPER unacceptable. But that's not even the worst part. The staff tried to cheat us by cancelling ONE fajita instead of BOTH, and they thought they could get away with it?! I'm never...

@tgifridaysksa is one of the famous steak houses in the world along with some branches in Riyadh as well. We tried their newly launched menu and had a great experience. ~ . . For appetisers, we tried their famous signature potato twisters and they were so good. Our favourite from the day. The potato chips were crispy served with different sauces. ~ . The 3 sampler dish which came with spicy wings, chicken sliders and nachos. My favourite were the wings out of the two. Tasted great with ranch sauce. ~ . We also tried their spicy fried shrimp and found it on a bit of a dry side. ~ . Coming to the mains, we ordered their bacon encrusted ribs and oh boy were they awesome? Loved them. Friday,s is a two story restaurant that located at gate 4 of Alothaim mall. Very accessible. Easy parking and with multiple entrance to it. Staff super friendly, professional and supportive. Services are fast and speed with high quality. Place is very clean and table are distributed in a very comfortable way. The menu is reached with different flavor and dishes will satisfy all kind of people. Steaks, checken, fries and much more. Special reception for the children with a small gift. The experience is more than dining with what you going to see. Two washroom avaliable that are also super clean. The kitchen has an open window to the dining area where you can see how they cook the food. No food smelling or any oder can be noticed.
