Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Bombay Town Chinese and Biryani restaurant in Malaz, Riyadh, and I must say, it was a delightful culinary experience. The vibrant ambiance sets the perfect tone for enjoying a fusion of flavors from Indian and Chinese cuisines.
I tried their schezwan noodles, which were prepared to perfection. The noodles were cooked al dente and generously tossed with fresh vegetables and succulent pieces of chicken. The seasoning was spot-on, with a lovely blend of soy sauce and spices that elevated the dish. It was hearty and satisfying, without being overly heavy.
Variety of Sizzlers
The restaurant also boasts an impressive variety of sizzlers. We opted for a mixed sizzler platter that included both chicken and vegetable options. As it arrived at our table, the sizzling sound and aroma were simply irresistible. The chicken was marinated well, resulting in a juicy and flavorful dish, while the vegetables were grilled to perfection, maintaining their crunch and freshness. The presentation was equally appealing, making it a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
Overall, the Bombay Town Chinese and Biryani restaurant in Malaz is a fantastic addition to Riyadh's dining scene. With its delicious offerings—especially the chicken crispy, delectable noodles, and a variety of sizzlers—this place is sure to become a favorite for those craving a unique blend of flavors. The attentive service and inviting atmosphere only enhance the experience. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for a...
Read moreWe visited The Bombay Town Chinese & Biryani Restaurant yesterday to try out some of their signature items, including Manchow Soup, Chicken Triple Rice, and Chicken Lollipop.
First off, the service was really good — the staff were attentive and polite, and our order arrived on time. The Manchow Soup was also quite nice, flavorful, and satisfying to start the meal.
However, the Chicken Triple Rice and Chicken Lollipop didn’t quite meet our expectations. Both dishes were too salty and seemed to have too much soy sauce, which overpowered the taste. There wasn’t much aroma or depth of flavor, and overall, the food felt more like regular fare rather than something special or memorable.
On the positive side, the prices were reasonable, making it a fair option for a casual meal. Still, we hoped for a bit more balance and uniqueness...
