Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Bombay Town Chinese and Biryani restaurant in Malaz, Riyadh, and I must say, it was a delightful culinary experience. The vibrant ambiance sets the perfect tone for enjoying a fusion of flavors from Indian and Chinese cuisines.

I tried their schezwan noodles, which were prepared to perfection. The noodles were cooked al dente and generously tossed with fresh vegetables and succulent pieces of chicken. We visited The Bombay Town Chinese & Biryani Restaurant yesterday to try out some of their signature items, including Manchow Soup, Chicken Triple Rice, and Chicken Lollipop.

First off, the service was really good — the staff were attentive and polite, and our order arrived on time. The Manchow Soup was also quite nice, flavorful, and satisfying to start the meal.

However, the Chicken Triple Rice and Chicken Lollipop didn’t quite meet our expectations. Both dishes were too salty and seemed to have too much soy sauce, which overpowered the taste. There wasn’t much aroma or depth of flavor, and overall, the food felt more like regular fare rather than something special or memorable.
