Loft Rooftop — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

Chemex and French Press apparently is not summer coffee hence the barista is not making them during summer. (???) From the whole menu there is half of what it’s available. Not once but in last 3 months only, I’ve been 7times and all of them there wasn’t half of things on the menu. ( from basics that there was no sparkling water, chia breakfast, filter coffee, cheesecake or croissan - every single time) and this is only breakfast menu

The difference from how this one is run from the one in Center and in Futoska is a shame. This is a big cafe with a name. It’s an absolute shame that it’s not run properly. The two “ in charge” need to actually start doing their job. Instead of walking around cafe. Ive noticed this is a constant thing in past 8,9 months in this one. Before it was much more organized.

Hopefully they will start seeing and make it better… I would say stick to the coffee only but not even...

There was a problem in the kitchen so we waited for an hour to get the food, the delicious food eventually came and we got dessert on the house for the inconvenience of waiting... The only thing I would have preferred differently was that they should have let us know that there was a problem with our food because we were in a hurry and really didn't want to stay there for two hours + we had to pay parking because of that too... But over all it was a good ambient and I'm sure a pleasant experience on any given day, other than that unfortunate event. Also, don't offer the dessert on the house and then make the customer choose and wait for it to arrive again... Just bring the dessert with out asking OR add a discount on the check, which they eventually did because we were so tired of waiting the dessert as well, I guess the kitchen had a malfunction or...
