Ole Take Away & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mahé

My boyfriend and I had the chicken meatballs and the grilled fish, both with mush potatoes and salad. We don't recommend any of the dishes. The salad is literally just some green salad, and the mush potatoes didn't taste like it was made from the bottom. Both the fish and the meatballs was boring and didn't taste of much. I guess it's the same thing all over Seychelles which is frustrating when you come from a country with a very high standard in taste and quality + you are a foodie 😁

The place was empty, but we decided to give it a try, we ordered grilled fish, that was grilled probably at lunch time, the creole sause saved it and my wife ordered chicken breast with saffron sauce, somehow it was tasty but probably rotten because not long after she started to feel her stomach strange, it was a night in the toilet, she even had fever and it's now the second night without sleeping. Lazy, apathetic service, but decent food and relatively cheap, at least compared to other tourist-oriented restaurants. I ordered a pizza there, and it was surprisingly good, but my wife's fish was quite poor quality (fortunately she had a salad which was ok).
