Sega Bar — Restaurant in Mahé

I would give a 6⭐️to the service if I can based on my experience at sega bar. 😉

It was our first night at Seychelles, and we didn’t stay with Hilton but still wanna try out the bar so we drove to the entrance and with a call, they allowed us to do walk-ins. It wasn’t a very busy night at the bar, the vibe was pretty good and chill

We were served by Gurpreet, fantastic service. Good recommendations for drinks and food, and great chat. He also introduced us to a day pass offered at Hilton , in case we want to come back for the facility and visit the bar and restaurant again.

The only additional comment is on the food choices, burgers, pizzas, salads, i would say it was pretty much a western menu. Will be nice to see some local specialties/ creole cuisine with local ingredients like grill fish etc.

There was a stray cat (well-bahaved one tho) come and go 🐱, didn’t bother us. Delicious drinks, the pizza was okay 👌....

Came for my son's 1st birthday on 23rd Nov with a total of 23 guests & everything were amazing .A big thank you to Julia for organising everything (she even came on the day to make sure that all were going well) ,the reception team for the lovely welcome , the chefs the food were delicious & not to forget the team at the bar ; the drinks & service were A* 🥳🥳🥳 (sorry I don't remember all the names as I was a bit emotional on the day) , Muru,Ron ,the lady that wears glasses serving us ,the lady with long hair at the bar they deserves special shout out . @Nick you have an extraordinary team 👏

We enjoyed any cocktail we had. Really great. We only took off the menu and we do not consume alcohol but I can only assume that the actual cocktails are great. ;) Food is decent albeit a bit pricy we found.
