回锅肉 0/10 totally out, they boil the meat n stir up with the sauce. Nicely approach the boss to feedback food 100pct out of taste and no frying done. He was very frustrated and said they just boil and no wok frying. Frequent patron of their 麻辣香锅, taste above average 7/10. 水煮牛肉 is good 8/10.

One staff mentioned that the instant noodle is $1 per piece, the other staff mentioned that it goes by the weighing scale. In the end I paid for the price of 3, but they only gave me 1.
