I’m here to warn those who are going to rent at Blk 248 #03-70, you guys will had a tough female landlord and terrible environment with A LOT of dogs barkings and birds droppings.

The female landlord will cheat your deposit, making your life miserable for their own convenience. I’ve stayed here for a month and regret to rented this unit! Absolutely not worth the money you’re paying for! She rent out the room to 4 bed in a very tight space, S$450/ Head. Only two people are registered in HDB so if your company need to check your address you MUST tell the landlord in advance to put back your name into HDB or your address will not be shown in the system! Basically if MOM check your details you will had it! Not to mention that you cannot use the water and electricity to your heart’s content, also she always makes up new rules outside of the contract also CHARGING HER TENANT FOR NOT FOLLOWING THEM so get ready to be nagged and charged for about everything till you breakdown and give up the deposit yourself!
