Dun waste your effort even coming here to eat. Terrible service. Worst experience ever. The waiter gave me a menu cover without any menu inside. Give me a drink menu even when we stated clearly we are here for dinner. The food tasted below average. All The promotions here are just gimmes! There is not enough parking at the mall and public carpark is close. Unless u decided to take a taxi here. Very inconvenient . Never to come back here again. update on yr explanation. : since YOUR STAFF mentioned that 1 promotion only can be used on 1 table and in 1 billing. We have gladly accepted your restaurant RULES & REGULATIONS as consumers to dine in as 2 person in a table with 1 promotion ( fave voucher). The other promotion u have is your restaurant’s student discount dine-in special which I wanted to order another meal for my child ( using restaurant’s promotion) which I do not need to show any voucher at all. Clearly our dinner plans were ruined which I actually did not want to mentioned it But I truly hoped whoever wants to dine at yr place PLEASE THINK THRICE. My husband did not want to dine in your restaurant at all with your staff’s “excellent service“ provided. Pls continue with MORE lies to the public or made FALSE ALLEGATIONS on yr consumers . Your staff and restaurant did not Want to accommodate my request to use my voucher and also order your restaurant’s “discounted” price student meal ( stated in yr restaurant’s promotion) for my child - and I had honoured it. That is the reason why I utilised only 1 promotion( my ONLINE voucher) instead of 2 promotions. I do not need to “ PRODUCE” ( which u said I could only produce 1) anything for your restaurant’s promotion . Clearly your restaurant has ways to fool the public with unclear explanations and gimmicks . 3 pax dining- given 2 menu holder- With 1 empty and explain to yr consumers - u can READ/share the other menu together. Continue to “comfort” the public with yr endless EXCUSES and LIES .

Updates: clearly u are trying to cover up ur mistakes as there other promotion is for kids ( kid’s special menu) which ur cafe/restaurant offers . There is no need for customers dinning in to produce anything from their mobile phone or voucher to enjoy this promotion and as long as there is a child present, the customer is entitled to order this “ menu ” for the child . established in 1997, CALI by NJ foods is a gateway into the exquisite world of southwestern mexican cuisine. they have something for everyone, from fajitas and quesadillas to grilled sea bass and their specialty braised beef cheeks. in addition, they also have a large selection of vegetarian dishes. hence, i was really excited and looked forward to dining at CALI.

here are some of the dishes that me and my boyfriend tried:

wild mushroom soup with garlic bread ($12)

this mushroom soup was so flavorful and hearty that it made me feel all warm and cozy inside. the soup was slightly sour but it also had a rich, earthy, and savoury taste. i appreciate the combination of earthiness, umami, and comforting richness that started the meal on the right foot.

cali wings ($16)

boyfriend reviews, “the cali wings were nice, had a crunchy outside. meat comes off easily and food was served hot. covered with bbq sauce which was delightful. portion is just nice for two/three people.”

garlic bread ($6)

as the name suggests, this basket of garlic bread had a prominent garlic flavor. this delicious combination of garlic, butter, and toasty bread makes it so easy to enjoy with the bowl of mushroom soup. drooling just thinking about it.

baby back ribs ($36)

boyfriend reviews, “the ribs were really soft and easy to eat. the portion was just nice too. fries served with the ribs were well seasoned and crispy. however, the bbq sauce on the ribs could be a tad less strong as it was rather overwhelming.”

truffle mushroom pizza ($28)

for the pizza, the crust was thin and crispy. i loved all the ingredients scattered on top and the truffle really elevated the dish. i really enjoyed the combination of the rich, earthy flavors of mushrooms, the decadence of truffle, and the creamy texture of the sauce and cheese.

Cali at Park Avenue Rochester is just beside Buonba Vista MRT Station, 2 min walk away diagonally from the MOE Building. They offer the bold, sophisticated flavours of the Southwest in a bright and airy setting.

Their environment was relaxed but not too informal, a perfect place for lunchtime business meetings, gatherings of family and friends, or even intimate nights out.

We had 2 Set Lunches, each with 3 courses

First Course

The daily creation with full-flavoured fresh ingredients blended with chef love - Tomato Soup. The tangy sweet taste couple with the crispy toasted garlic toast make the starting course so appetising.

Mozzarella Lover Favourite Choice! The appearance could be disguised as baked rice/pasta.

Florentine Fish Fillet - $22

Enjoyed the outer layer of cheese with a little bit of Char. While sinking my spoon into my second course, the sea bass fish fillet is still tender and filled with moisture.

Digging further down, we enjoyed the baby spinach. The dish was such a good combination of garlic as well as bechamel sauce.

Next up, the dining partner had the Cordon Bleu Chicken. The outer layer was packed of crisp, well-fried to perfection with bread crumbs. The boneless chicken leg and picnic ham were part of the Cordon Bleu Chicken. The dish was then paired with sides like sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes.
