itea - Bishan 282 — Restaurant in Singapore

My queue was cut by 2 girls. The staff clearly saw me first but chose to serve them first, I had to step in and tell them that the girls cut my queue. I saw what the 2 girls ordered after I ordered. One of their orders were the same as mine, theirs were made immediately and they left. I’m super confused as I only ordered strawberry milk tea. They had 2 drink orders (including the strawberry milk tea) but theirs were made instantaneously? I would understand if they were understaffed and there were many orders but basic courtesy, especially in service industry, is quite important and honestly not hard to achieve? They looked rude and did not have the best service. Just because of this I’ll save myself the despair and never buy drink...

Today I promise a treat of milktea for my daugther.. Since we need bus from this way to my daughter tuition center.. And we check the bus timing 5minutes and the next takes time since today is Saturday… Standing infront the cashier already take time and the lady already saw us while she do mopping the floor… And told us to wait until she finish the entire shop .. So because of this low standard of custmer service we need to wait…..now adays no more CUSTOMER FIRST…. If your a customer...

the two younger girls were taking their own sweet time preparing the drinks.. 1 was cleaning the pots and prepping stuff. The other girl was really taking her time. She pours the sugar, stop & talk to the friend, pours the mint syrup, stop & talk to her friend. There were 5 drinks waiting, Although she wasn’t unfriendly, but why not prioritize the orders first and continue your conversation when...
