Was here and order 2 pearl milk tea add ice-cream. Total $6.60. Reached home realised no pearl. Walk back and ask to add in the pearl. The lady and the fat guy ask me must top up each $0.40 to add the pearl! Why i need to do so! The lady said the guy who do cashier is new. So it's that my problem whether he is new or not!! I did the correct order, he do mistake nothing to do with me!! I buy your milk tea not only today! Almost three times a week i buy. The staff there have attitude problem! At the end of the day, the lady told me, she will do for me but not next time! What the hell! If you guys never do mistake, why still got next time!...

The drinks were good, but the lady working at the cashier today seemed to be in a sour mood. She was annoyed when she couldn't get her point across that the drinks had a free upsize deal the first time. She was really rude about it, pointing at the board and belittling us and just an overall condescending vibe 🫠 Also, when I tried to pay separately because of different payment methods and needing change, she said in an annoyed tone, "You're together, right?
