Kimly Zi Char 金味海鲜 (Blk 150 Bukit Batok) — Restaurant in Singapore

Ordered 4 dishes, 1 fried rice and 2 white rice via GrabFood on 4th April. The order came missing 2 white rice. Halfway through the dinner we found a cockroach hidden in the meat dish. Clearly the cockroach went through the frying process as well. Contacted Grab and they advised us to report it to SFA and they refunded us the full bill. Enquired about the next course of action in the event of food poisoning. They told us to go through SFA. This morning as i was gathering my info (full address of the eatery), i found out that one week ago, someone also had a cockroach in their food via GrabFood and reported it to SFA. SFA found that there were lapses. How many times do we need to find a cockroach in our food for SFA to take our feedback seriously for a penalty to be laid on the eatery?

Went for Mother Day’s celebration. So disappointed that when i called for reservations, they did not told us there was a wait. Reaching there to tell us to wait an hour, end up waited 1.5h , I understand its Mother Day’s celebration, and there are many order, but the table comes after us get the food first. Totally unacceptable.

Food is okay but service is atrocious. The lady/cashier didn't want to collect cash because she has "closed the accounts, didnt want to count again" and asked us to pay in cash. We didn't had cash so had to walk quite far to withdraw and then walk all the way back. This was even though they close at 10 and we were there at 8.50pm. On hindsight we should have just walked away. Never met such a lazy...
