Ordered: Creamy Garlic Chicken Lunch, and a Pineapple Bacon Pizza

I initially got a Cheese Chicken Baked Rice, which I then tried to get the attention of the staff which didnt attend to me, I then went to the kitchen to talk to the staff they then went to my table, picked up the wrong food, went to another table to place that food there, and took it from that other table to me. They said they didn’t touch it, but I’m not taking his word for it, plus there are 3 people at that table talking and laughing, so not that very most sanitary in my eyes. 10 minutes later I got my food again, new? Or not I don’t know, however it was not creamy, and I as very bland, oily water base, spaghetti, and meat that tasted like pork and not chicken. Really unappealing

Pizza was ok, just remember you’re not eating a actual pizza even though they mention they have ingredients imported from Italy, it’s a plain wheat tortilla with toppings. The topping were ok, but the rest wasn’t, I would give food 0 stars if i could. As well as service as some had masks serving food, and some weren’t.

Last but not least, I few flies flying around, so I suspect the restaurant is sanitary unclean, probably violating a few health codes, I would r come back here, however great vibe and place for teenagers to come to. Comfortable...

I frequent this outlet on average once or twice a month (sometimes more) to grab a fuss free meal.

I usually order a portion of black pepper chicken pasta. It is the safest option, and as a safe option - has never failed me. My partner and family members have tried several other dishes and they have found the quality to be typically average to good.

Safe choices: black pepper chicken pasta, doria, gratin, cheese sausage, chicken wings, pizzas. These items are very consistent in quality and are less likely to suffer from poor preparation and cooking. Desserts are really so so.

Based on my visits, I find no fault with the outlet nor my dining experience. It can get quite noisy during peak hours, and the wait for food can occasionally be longer, but I take those as trade offs for the price paid. $5.90 for a plate of pasta is unbeatable in terms of value. Some items like the dessert are clearly store-bought and just there to value add to the diner’s experience and to complete the meal.

If there must be an area for improvement, it’ll be the service. Smiling and pleasantries won’t hurt anyone. That said, despite never providing excellent service, they have never disappoint. I’ve never had a bad service encounter.

19 May 2021 - takeaway during Post Circuit Breaker Phase 2(Heightened Alert). 3.5 stars.

Tried the cheese ravioli gratin this time. Tasty and very creamy cheese sauce but can get a bit jelat at the end.

Older staff at counter doesn't understand when I asked him to put the food into my own takeaway container.

A few food items here are always good. Service differs depending on the staff. Good prices for sure. 12 Jun 2020 - takeaway meal during Post Circuit Breaker Phase 1. 3 stars.

Ordered a sirloin steak, with a side of sautéed broccoli - less salt, and a panna cotta.

Love the Italian-imported desserts here for sure (across all outlets), their pastas are mostly ok, but can't say that I'll ever order the sirloin again as it was kind of tough to chew on - looked more steamed than grilled.

As they weren't fully operational, many items weren't available like salads, sautéed spinach and buffalo mozzarella.

Service was friendly enough but the staff here somehow seem rather haphazard and uncollected when customer makes special requests regarding the order. Their ordering system doesn't allow for special requests and so the staff at the counter ends up running into the kitchen to relay the...
