Final thoughts: It would be a pleasant experience if we were to have Korean BBQ served by a charming oppa instead of an Uncle. And having a young waitress place the hot plate both soup and the bibimbap awkwardly at the corner of our table, despite us seating at the other side of the table. She could have ask where would we want our food to be placed. Throughout the meal, we found ourselves constantly stretching to reach the food. In the end, we just positioned the plates ourselves… rendering the supposed 10% service charge quite meaningless. Adding to the oddities, during the cooking process, a piece of cardboard unexpectedly fell from the ventilation system, right onto our bbq food. I promptly signaled the waiter for assistance, Evidently, the malfunctioning ventilator necessitated the use of cardboard as a makeshift solution. This situation raises the question: Why were we allocated this specific table when there were numerous vacant seats elsewhere? While I didn't capture an image of the cardboard, I advise against choosing table A2 near the cashier if you visit the restaurant. Despite them replacing the pot for us, the incident left me thoroughly repulsed, especially when the waiter handled the cardboard barehanded while removing it from my eggs. One can't help but wonder how long had that cardboard been there. Notably, the crowd only began...

Choose either Kimchi Jjigae 김치찌개 (we had this one!) Spicy kimchi stew with US Pork Belly, tofu & vegetables OR Haemul Pajeon 해물 파전 Traditional Korean pancake with fresh chives and succulent seafood. *We also topped up $19 per pax for additional 200g of meat!

To quench the heat and humidity, we had a refreshing GREEN APPLE YAKULT MIX Tower $23.90!

*Cold Noodles $15.90 - MUL-NAENGMYEON served in a cold icy & sour broth with cucumbers, radish & half an egg. Also given white vinegar and mustard to deepen the flavors.

We really love all the meat cuts & they cook really fast and easy on the grill plates.

Food was value for money, especially for k-bbq where costs actually can rack up quite easily.

First up, they have a 15% Grab Dine Out promo for a-la-carte items. To save you the math, the "value" works out to be about the same value as the set meals at about 20% overall cost savings. The key difference being how much meat you eat, as the set menu offers a slightly lower total volume of meat compared to ordering a-la-carte.

Dined in a family of 4 adults with fairly regular appetite. Ordered a-la-carte as we didn't fancy the fatty pork, noodles, and cheese egg which were included in the set menu.

Took 3 pork servings, 1 mushroom side, and 1 seafood pajeon. Meats were generally well seasoned and of good cut + quality. Slightly less variety in terms of banchan (but sufficient) and the lettuce was very fresh, crisp, and juicy.

Total was about 110 after discount. Would recommend for a casual weekend family dinner. It's a k-bbq, so expect a slower dinner for sure - spend it with your loved ones.

Made a reservation through chope but I don't think it was very necessary was the diner wasn't packed. No harm tho. Non-holiday...
