I was there for lunch during the weekend. There wasn’t any crowd as we were there early. This place was recommended by my hubby who had previously dined here with his client.

Our orders: Chicken chop with sides of rice and fries. 2 pieces of chicken thighs, succulent, juicy and well seasoned.

Wanted to ordered the ribeye steak at first but it wasn’t available on that day, so had the sirloin. The Sirloin steak with sides of rice and fries was one of the best sirloins I had eaten, surprisingly tender, though we ordered rare but it was cooked slightly ‘over’ rare, however it was tasty and texture was very good. Quality of beef used is good despite the type of cut.

The lamb shank is unlike many I had eaten is cooked with a tangy source. The acid actually reduces the ‘jialatness’ of the meaty lamb shank. I really like this recipe of lamb shank. Meat comes of the bone and again nicely flavoured.

Then there was the chili crab sauce with fried mantou. It may look simple but the sauce is really tasty and we finished those mantou’s very quickly.

Lastly we had the blooming onion. IMO, it was coated too thickly with the seasoned flour and turned out to be a bit jialat. Besides, it was quite salty too and in the end we couldn’t finish it.

Overall, the portions served were very generous in size and quality meats were used. I would say the food is worth the price of it, though some could have considered it on the high side.

I would recommend to give it a try and decide for yourself if it is worth the price.

Parking is ample in this industrial area. Restaurant is built under the tracks of the MRT which is...

Definitely one of my most favourite go-to places especially for great food, especially their steaks and meats, despite the seemingly pretty “out-of-the-way” locations.

They used to be a spot just about a 5min walk away, and my heart almost sunk when we arrived at the old location and thought they had closed for good without knowing where they might have went!

Thankfully there was somewhat of a “paper-notice” hung around the old place to redirect us to the bigger, newer, and air-conditioned location just 5-mins in another direction.

The newer place definitely had more spaces, have air-conditioning now, and more well lit than the previous place which was just dark and gloomy.

Thankfully there food is just as amazing and awesome as it used to be and I had my most favourite steak there coupled with some extra meats. Their chicken wings and especially satays are just amazing as well!

Would totally come back again in the near future!

PS. If you were at the old place, there was no service charge or GST last I remembered, but now they have both, so the final tally might be a little pricier. But.. I would still come back to enjoy a...

Dine In l Weekday Dinner

Food: 8/10 (Only for the Sirloin Steak) Service: 7.5/10 (Decent) Atmosphere: 7/10 (Open-air AC place with subpar music systems)

Decided to drop by this place to have a try after reading Isabelle Athena's review and I've got to say, it was worth the trip coming down for the Australian Marbled Sirloin.

No. of times visited: 1

The Good The Australian Marbled Sirloin, it's really damn good. Both my dad, brother and I got it at medium rare and complimented it multiple times throughout the dinner. $35 Recommended sides would be the wedges, mash potato or butter rice. Tons of parking lots

The Not So Good Do not even think about ordering anything smoothie/ice-blended related because they're more like a blandless dessert you regret ordering. The salmon was just meh Honestly, they gotta price the soft drinks at a lower price. $3.90 for a can of coke is so lame.

Conclusion Worth coming here if you want to get quality steak. Will come back and try the...
