Atos Wellness — Local services in Jurong East

Have been with Atos Wellness at Chevron for a number of years and they provide some good value for money services and treatment. I appreciate that there is less hard sell from them these days and it made me less stress about returning to resume my package. While the place is generally kept quite clean and tidy, I have mentioned a number of times over the years that they really need to consider renovating their shower rooms which looks really drab. It's something that I do not enjoy getting into so hopefully management is finally reading this and will do something about it. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

I also think they could do with cordoning an area inside the reception for when customers arrives a little earlier. Due to precautionary measures, I was being "chased out" the moment I entered the spa and was told to just hang around in the open air. It was very hot and uncomfortable outside at 12noon ! Not such a great start to a pampering session. Perhaps placing some seats just outside the spa would make the experience a little more welcoming despite the restrictions?

They have an online booking system which I appreciate very much for a tech savvy person like me who prefers to do everything online. It would be even better if the system allows us to cancel and re-arrange at our own timing.

I would appreciate a more transparent view of the kind treatment they offer and to view it at my own leisure. At the moment, it's always all hush hush and secretive and any kind of treatment inquiries requires you to sit through a consultant explanation session which again stresses me out. This sort of sales techniques doesn't work for me as a younger generation of customer but they seems to have a lot of older customers at Chevrons so perhaps it is working for them.

All in all, Atos wellness provides some good value for money treatments but could do with some upgrade and improvements that caters to a younger demographics....

The masseuses at this outlet have a wealth of experience and are great, which justifies the $80+ per hour price tag. Unfortunately, their reservation system is deeply flawed which falls short of what a good user experience can be.

The good first. The masseuses here can easily tell where you are tight or have tension, and they can focus on these areas. You'll come out feeling refreshed.

My poor experience mainly deals with the reservation system. You can make your bookings in-person or by phone call. You then get an SMS that the appointment is made. The day before your appointment, they either call you, or send an SMS asking you to call them to reconfirm your appointment. With phone calls, you may need to spell your name. Even when I did call to reconfirm my appointment, I was told that I did not confirm my appointment.

I have also previously made a call to reschedule my appointment. I did not get any SMSes following the rescheduling, so I called on the day of the appointment, only to find out there was no booking made under my name.

As I have a preferred masseuse, I indicate my preference when booking. Unfortunately, they don't inform you ahead of time if the masseuse is unavailable on the day of your appointment. Only when you show up to the appointment, are you told that the masseuse is unavailable. It is a shame that they don't have the courtesy to inform ahead of time, even when customer preferences are noted...

My relationship as a customer with Atos Wellness (Inner Harmony) spanned more than a decade. Started visiting the initial outlet at The Adelphi, then onto The Cathay Building and now at 25 North Bridge Road. The lounge area was beautiful and overlooking nearby greenery and the Civic Center.

Over the years, I have benefited from their wellness programs such as massages, facial, CLT, ELD and other wellness services. The managers, consultants, advisors and nutritionist are very professional and knowledgeable.

Personally, I must admit that the services rendered are not only consistent in terms of quality (due to their continuous in-house training), but more importantly …. leaving most customers with good satisfaction.

Booking for appointments are a breeze and confirmation are just as fast. Their wellness products are of high quality and competitively priced.

Recently, I took up a 6-weekly dedicated program on ELD (Electronic Lymphatic Drainage). During the program, I followed through the advice and guidance from the dedicated consultant and nutritionist. I was amazed by the results after each session. The presentation (face-to-face meeting and zoom) on good nutritional facts and final treatment results are really professional.
