Subway — Restaurant in Singapore

worst subway experience and outlet i've ever been to. i've been eating at subway for the past decade or so and their quality/customer service has genuinely and objectively degraded. first and foremost, i asked if the $6 fiery chicken 6-inch sub was valid and the staff (Seva) said yes. the first issue i encountered was being told that i was not allowed to choose my own vegetables and sauces because i had to follow the "recommended" choice on the poster. if something is recommended, it implies that its just what they think is a good choice, no? NOT something we HAVE to adhere to -- i couldn't even choose my own sauces and bread💀 Back to the $6 sub (second issue). upon paying, she charged my sub for the a la carte price for $9+ instead of the $6, arguing with me and saying that it was always $9 and pointed at the poster DESPITE me clarifying with her BEFORE ordering that it was $6 lastly, did not even receive a receipt.

The new person in this branch is rude especially there this india guy with beard he carries so much attitude

I asked for more greens in my veg box he immediately denied to add saying its already been added (note my Bowl was slightly over half full)

I have been buying food from this outlet for the last 3+ years and for the very first time i felt uncomfortable with such behaviour

Was there with my infant for lunch time, wanted to order myself a subway, and my infant definitely could not eat a subway due to her age. I prepared simple homecook mini rice for my infant to eat, was told my infant could not eat her food here as it was outside food.

Maybe I’m wrong but it is wrong to eat my lunch here with my infant eating mini homecook food? Or do I have to eat my subway and bring my infant outside...
