Rude staff showing attitude. Just this afternoon on at around 2.30pm, I decided to try Texas for the first time and received bad attitude from your staff at causeway point. Firstly, I bought my drink in although I have purchased a set with a drink and I didn’t like to have it. Your staff shouted at me that I can’t bring my drink in and can’t place it on the table either. Thus, I placed it on the chair and guess what. She said I can’t put it on the chair and should leave it on the floor instead. On the floor? Seriously? Is that what your staff is taught during the food hygiene certification? And that’s not all. She is happily talking with the other secondary school boys but when she turned around and saw me, she reprimanded me for bringing my drink, loudly in the crowd. She could have approach me personally and speak softly to me but she didn’t. And from this, she gave me the feel that she is bias towards guys, she like guys more than girls. So, please leave a signage if you don’t want customers to bring outside food in, and TRAIN YOUR STAFF in customer service properly if not who wants to enter Texas again after this bad experience? But this is perfectly fine. The problem is NO ONE is manning the cashier counter!! No one bothers about taking manual order. In queue with another lady in front of me, I don't see any action taken to speed up to take in manual order. Instead, what they talk loudly to the frontline Auntie is "Ask customers to wait!" We can only see their packing process (for all the online and machine orders) and no idea how long we need to wait for our turn! Asked the Auntie another 2 times, still same - wait! She even replied "I don't know, my manager says this!"👍🏻 Those walk-in customers (after me) who ordered thru machine kiosk have already taken their orders!! With queue forming after half an hour, then only they realise they need to do something. And "CASH ONLY" 🤷🏻♀️ But why? There isn't any sign...
Read moreThis review highlights the epitome of poor service and broken system. My order was forgotten and not displayed on the screen. Went to ask the staff if the order number was in queue, they answered yes without even looking at my receipt. I was told that the order screen was not updated. Asked the second time 10 minutes later with the manager, got a similar response, also without looking at the order number (so, how do you know it's in the queue). I was left waiting for my order number for eternity. There were other restless tables waiting for the food, but my last straw snapped when the tables that came after me received their food. Had to talk to a gentlemen, who finally went in the kitchen to check. Orders received, finally, after 40 minutes. So much for a "fast food"
