Bratislava Burger — Restaurant in Bratislava

Best experience I've ever had. The burger was tasty, maybe a bit expensive, but you get a full menu for your money, even with wet wipes and a surprise treat included, if you ask for takeaway. The only critique I could think of is that the Petrzalka burger didn't have parsley in it, but it was clear from the menu and also the ruccola (?) got it the perfect green taste, possibly even better than if it would be up to its name (which of course does refer rather to the district). The location is not the best with the sea of Beton around for kilometers, but this place makes the overall experience better. One of the two staff members...

Už keď som išiel pracovne do Petržalky, musel som otestovať najlepšie hodnotenú burgráreň v okolí. Je naozaj maličká, vonku sú len tri stoly, ale našťastie som vychytal čas, kedy tam iní zákazníci neboli, takže sedenie bolo veľmi príjemné. Vybral som si burger, ktorý obsahoval najzaujímavejšie prísady - vyzretý írsky chuck roll, syr monterey jack, grilované pastrami, rukolu, nakladanú uhorku, červenú cibuľku, paradajku, bazalkovú majonézu a remuládu. K tomu automaticky dostanete hranolky a cibuľové krúžky. Omáčka sa dopláca zvlášť, majú ich na výber obrovské množstvo, ale bohužiaľ žiadna z nich nie je domáca.

Žemľu hodnotím ako taký priemer, nechutí zle, ale nie je vôbec nadýchaná. Mäso tiež priemerné, bolo prepečené (okej, zabudol som si vypýtať médium, ale až takto by ho nemali prepiecť štandardne) a proste ničím zaujímavé. Čo však rozhodne musím pochváliť je celkové dochutenie burgra - akože neustrelilo mi dekel, ale bol fakt vychutený a - to čo vždy veľmi oceňujem - originálny. Podstatne horšie však hodnotím dochutenie burgru Petržalka, ktorého polovicu som dojedol - všetky chute v ňom úplne zabil paradajkový relish, takže tento burger neodporúčam. Hranolky boli fajn, ale tiež taký priemer. Nie som fanúšikom cibuľových krúžkov, takže tento polotovar na mňa nespravil žiadny dojem a vôbec by k burgru byť nemusel. Celkový dojem nevylepšili ani omáčky - slaninéza bola slabý priemer a cesnakový dresing vyslovene zlý, ten som ani nedojedol. Cenu pri celkovom hodnotení nezohľadňujem, ale aj na dnešnú všeobecnú drahotu je trochu ustrelená.

Slavín špeciál určite stojí za skúšku, ale inak som mal na základe hodnotení od tejto burgrárne oveľa vyššie očakávania.

Dúfam, že moja recenzia nebude braná majiteľmi v zlom, ale naopak ako konštruktívna kritika, ktorá pomôže posunúť...

I ordered petrzalka burger. Did you see photo? It has yellow cheese and some white sauce or whatever it is on top. I didn’t find in my burger this white sauce and any cheese (look on photos). It felt like i ate one big tomato, maybe they didn’t put inside right sauce or decided to change it for different but it literally tasted like they had only tomato sauce. Potato was super salty. So i expect some nice dinner and only what i felt in the end that i ate super salty potato with ketchup. Its super bad especially when it costs 22 euro. Not recommend to order...
