Dnes zmatocne ranajky, Objednal som si klasicke ranajkove menu+toast, kde sa ma tipek 2x pytal na napoj( povedal som kola) a sam od seba som mu povedal nie placku ale hranolky. Nablokoval nie menu, ale len burger+ toast, co som si nevsimol. Platil som kartou. Doniesli mi to, ale bez napoja a hranoliek cize nie menu. To sa stava beriem, zhuleny pracovnik, rano este atd... Ale co nastalo potom som s udivom pozeral. Vyzval ma zrejme manazer, aby som opat strcil kartu do terminalu, ze urobia vratenie penazi na kartu(vraj okamzite pridu peniaze naspat co po takmer 8 hodinach stale nemam na ucte) Nasledne aby som zaplatil to realne-drahsie co som aj chcel objednat povodne, rozdiel asi 1,10€. Vravim mu ze toto takto nerad riesim taketo tahy. Mali mi to dat automaticky za tu cenu nie menuckovu. Doniest len hranolky a napoj navyse. Nie 15 min. zdrzanie na ranajkach kvoli tomu aby usetrili podla mna kvapku v mori.. Navyse ziadna sadisfakcia alebo ospravedlnenie , prepacte uz sa to nestane tu mate kavu, alebo placku alebo nieco navyse. Tento pristup uplneho setrenia v milionovej prevadzke je ubohy a na smiech. Bezne v inych Mcd ktore nezriedka so synom navstevujeme a ked urobia FOPA zamestnanci okamzite sme kompenzovani, presne aby nedostali takuto siahodlhu recenziu.
