I have had a problem in my bike with rusted bearings of the headset ( hlavové zloženie). The bike was not in BA, so I wanted to fix it on my own. I only had pictures and I brought old broken parts to choose new spare parts. Two previous shops - one small with z service in place, even didn't try to spend on this a minute, like it is a rocket science. Another big chain shop ordered wrong parts, which I had to return, and they could not help me. At last I went to Green bike and they finally helped me. The seller and the mechanic were very nice, could speak English. The mechanic advised me the best solution, has chosen right parts and convinced me to make the fix in the best possible way, even if I was afraid to do it without dedicated tools. With his advices I managed to repair my bike in one evening and it is on the road again! Thank you...
Read moreThe staff is nice, but we had bad experience with the owner. Staff told us that we can come later for the first maintenance (which was promised for free with the purchase of the bike). But when we came later, the owner scolded us and sent us away because "we came late". Also, when buying a bike, make sure you ask them to fill in bike information (e.g. serial numbers) of bikes into the paper documentation that comes with it. Otherwise, if your bikes get stolen and the police will ask, they'll make zero effort in trying to find this information in...
