Vespaio caffetteria — Restaurant in Bratislava

I've decided to have a morning coffee here as I heard good reviews about this place.

But it was mistake!!!

At the beginning the staff was nice and welcoming.

I've ordered Cappuccino and croissant. 2 croissants for take away and with Nutella and one plain.

The service was quite fast. But they made all croissants with Nutella.

And the biggest disappointment was Cappuccino! It was just colored water with some milk foam. Tasteless.

When I came to pay and said that coffee was not good and I didn't drink it. They even didn't say "sorry for that" and planned to charge me for it.

I insisted not to pay for something what was low quality and couldn't be called coffee. And guess what. They tried to convince me that it was a coffee. The lady at the counter was rude, she was showing me the color and asking me: " so what it is? Tell me" Totally unprofessional behavior.

The only good thing was croissants. They were really tasty.

But good croissants you can find somewhere else! I would never come back to this place. staff should take some courses how to behave professionally and how to...

Disappointed. Been going there for a while as they have very good coffee for a reasonable price. However they will not ALLOW you to use a laptop inside (they even have a sticker on the door which I didn’t notice) with the explanation that people then spend hours drinking one single coffee. However if you are reading papers or studying and sitting there for hours (As I witnessed happening at another table) that is apparently fine. I was literally ordered to close my computer. So i suggest you print out whatever you need and enjoy your coffee for hours. Never came across such a thing. Bad Service, crossaints were odd, they should learn how to cut the crossaint it was all smashed when we received it, the people in this country should start training the staff to teach them what service really is, it is impossible that pretty much every place they hire good looking people but without an idea of service, it is easy to just take the money of the customers that come and unfortunatelly are satisfied with this kind of treatment, cafeteria was busy and just one server and one barista for the whole place, I guess owners are having a nice life without caring about how they business ran.
