Výberofka — Restaurant in Levoča

This little cafe is beautiful. The service is great. I can see myself a regular here purely on the atmosphere alone. The cake is delicious and fresh. The coffee is made very well. I wanted to point out though, that I made the trip out to this cafe specifically because another reviewer mentioned that the flat white was similar to an Australian flat white. In my opinion the flat white here is very different to one in Australia, however very representative of one in Slovakia (double shot, with much less milk). Also the roast here is on the fruity side (which translates to a more sour coffee, which is popular in Slovakia, compared to coffee...

Great coffee and really great looking cakes (we haven't ordered any so can't judge the taste). I had a nice talk with the people running the cafe and they truly know their coffee beans and roasteries. It's been hard to find northern style cafe in Slovakia but this place could definitely withstand the concurrent environment of any European capital. I have no idea why this place has such a high rating. The plants are very nice, the Cafe also looks good inside BUT Why are desserts do terrible? We took Anna Pavlova and eclair - I could hardly eat one bite. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! THE WORST DESSERTS I HAD IN SLOVAKIA! They are so overpriced! So we paid 15euro for 3 coffee and 2 desserts that we could not eat! I recommend not to believe the rate and choose another place ! Cause I've left this place very hungry and...
