Worst Dining Experience I ever had!

The place looks nice from the outside, but already when coming in we noticed dirty and uncleared tables. It took very long until service came to our table and even after we asked there was no english menu available and we got no assistance with the slovakian one.

We ordered two starters for sharing and all four of us ordered a main dish, but the drinks already took 15 minutes to arrive at our table. The starters arrived another 15 minutes later. However, the real disaster started when the main courses finally started arriving after almost an hour (!) of waiting. The waiter came with two dishes one of which we never ordered. It then took another 5 minutes until two more dishes arrived, one was the wrong size and the other (Cesar's salad with goat cheese) arrived without the goat cheese, but instead our vegetarian was surprised with extra bacon. After asking for the goat cheese they brought us a Cesar's salad with chicken and then proceeded to claim that there was goat cheese in the original salad, but it was not! The final dish, a burger, just did not arrive at all, until we asked for it multiple times and when it finally came it was cold and not fresh at all...

Overall I have to recommend staying away from this restaurant at any cost, it really was the worst dining experience...

One of the most frustrating dine-in experiences in my life. We stayed at Demanova resort for a week and so this was our nearest and first restaurant of choice.

Almost for every order, we got a combo of:

1. 30 min waiting for the menu
2. 30 min after that waiting to order
3. Receiving the wrong number of cutlery
4. Some drinks/food forgotten
5. Getting the wrong order (e.g. wrong pizza or big portion instead of kid's-menu-portion)
6. Waiting for the order 1 hour instead of 20-25 min (as promised by the waiter)

We once waited for take-out pizzas we once got 4 out of 5 pizzas wrong after 70 min waiting. That night we tried to talk to the manager, who does not speak English, and we finally managed to get the right order and an exclamation from one of the waitresses that "we are always creating problems, everyone there know that we ARE the problem" as a dressing on this service-cake.

And though the food is decent and the place is pretty and comfortable I can't recommend it after such...

The location is modern from outside and offers plenty free parking spaces. The interior is nice, darker colors and wood elements, which offers you a nice ambience, cosy. There is also the option to sit outside and from there you can oversee the kids playground. Perfect for families with small kids. The service was quick and kind. Also we didn’t wait long for our food. And that was unfortunately the 2 star experience for us. Nothing special at all, and it tasted very dull, potatoes tasted very dry. We had been 5 people and ordered 5 different dishes, surprisingly we all haven’t been satisfied about the dull taste. None of us finished his meal. We paid but left anyway a decent tip for our waiter because he was very kind and provided just a great service. My final summary, if you’re not after some gourmet experience and hungry, no worries.
