My visit to the restaurant at Hotel Demänová was a truly enjoyable experience.

To start, a potato cream soup was served, featuring a beautifully smooth consistency and excellent seasoning. A simple yet perfectly prepared dish that warmed me up and set the stage for the next course.

As an appetizer, a duck pâté was presented—smooth, creamy, and rich in flavor. The plating was elegant, and the overall impression was excellent.

The main course featured braised pork cheeks that were incredibly tender, practically melting with each bite. The meat was juicy, the sauce perfectly balanced, and the side dish complemented the flavors harmoniously. Every bite was a gourmet delight.

Boli sme na 3 dňový pobyt. večer večera z alla cart bola naozaj výborná (až na karamelový koláč ktorý bol až extrémne presladený) čo sme povedali aj obsluhe. Inak všetko top. Raňajky vcelku super, čo mi chýbalo bolo bezlaktozové (alebo rastlinné mlieko) voľne dostupné keďže naozaj veľa ľudí má už intoleranciu na laktózu (keď som prišla za obsluhou dali sme z poza baru), biely jogurt (boli len samé ochutené) ale chcem vyzdvihnúť neskutočné FRENCH TOASTY z bábovky ktoré boli ne-sku-točné to by ste si kľudne mohli zaradiť aj do bežnej ponuky ako dezert 🥰. druhý večer grilovačka, ktorá stála 25€ na osobu , mohli ste si nakladať koľko sme chceli, kuchár griloval priamo pred nami stálo to naozaj za to, bol to zážitok! Hovädzí flank steak, kuracie, br. panenka, syr , ryba , šaláty, dezerty (výborné banánové tiramisu😋) nič nechýbalo.
