Satori — Restaurant in Nitra

I read the reviews before visiting the restaurant and was looking forward to a nice Japanese meal. Unfortunately , neither the meal nor the service was any good. The service was so very poor. I came in and there were only 2 people there. Asked for a table and was pointed to one. The waitress ( who never smiled ) gave the menu and walked away. When she came to take the order ( again no smile ), I asked her about one of the items on the menu, I.e portion size ( as I was in a another restaurant the previous day and the portions were very generous ). She said small ( in English ). Anyways I ordered the chicken udon , which was sweet and definitely in my worst udon ever eaten list. She cleared my plate , again no smile or even a pleasant expression . No one bothered to ask if I wanted a desert or coffee or at least bring the menu for desert . At this time , I was the only person in the front portion of the restaurant . After a while I went up to the counter to pay - and was asked ‘card’? I then told her that it was very bad service and she said ‘no English’! I have travelled the world without knowing the local language and have managed with a smile or a nod or some sign language. So for a waitress to say no English and be sullen the whole time is just screaming racism or just bad bad service . I was having a pleasant experience in Slovakia until I encountered this place . Do Santori som isla na zaklade výborných recenzií ktoré som citala na internete ale musim povedat že som ostala velmi sklamana …prostredie vyzera naozaj velmi pekne ale to je asi všetko…ramen chutil naozaj velmi chabo bol slaby a viac menej bez chuti , tigrie krevety si naozaj nikto nedávajte lebo spravne by ich mali nazvať strúhanka s príchuťou - krevety , naozaj tolko strúhanky na krevetách som nikdy v zivote nevidela , chut kreviet zaniká a cítite len to ako chrumete struhanku ktoru si namacate do majonezy …asi najlepsie jedlo ktore som tam mala bol marakuja kolacik …mimochodom ceny za to co dostanete su naozaj celkom dost vysoke , keby to aspon super chutilo tak Ok ale obed pre dvoch za 100€ ktory vam ani nechuti je naozaj nic moc … Je mi to luto ale toto bolo velke sklamanie , neodporucam PS: neznasam ked v podniku nemaju ani len mydlo na zachode …uz to vypovedá ze nieco nie...

Bohužiaľ, moja návšteva reštaurácie Satori Fusion Restaurant nebola pozitívna skúsenosť. Aj keď som mala na jedlo veľké očakávania, realita bola sklamaním. Objednala som si kuracie curry a hneď po tom, ako mi ho priniesli na stôl, som si všimla nepríjemný zápach jedlo doslova smrdelo, bolo to možno tým že suroviny neboli čerstvé, alebo neboli správne tepelne upravené, Napriek tomu som skúsila malé sústo, ale chuť bola rovnako zlá ako vôňa. Bolo to úplne nejedlé a musela som jedlo okamžite odložiť. 🤮Za cenu, ktorú si reštaurácia účtuje, by som očakávala výrazne vyššiu kvalitu a chuťový zážitok, čo sa žiaľ vôbec nestalo. Obsluha bola síce ústretová, no to nedokáže vykompenzovať pocit, že som za minuté peniaze nedostala adekvátnu hodnotu. S takouto skúsenosťou by som túto reštauráciu, žiaľ, neodporučila a určite by som zvážila jej návštevu, pokiaľ nezlepšia kvalitu...
