Hotel Zobor — Hotel in Nitra

I stayed here in December on a visit to see my family in Nitra and I regretted booking a room because I didn’t see the pictures until my I had completed my booking, I just thought to myself I might as well stay here as I’ve already payed. I arrived and this is the moment when I thought I had truly entered hell but I thought wrong as I was just skeptical on the looks of the reception desk, after they gave me my key I got into the lift and guess what happened next, I had gotten stuck in the lift for 30 minutes. The hotel didn’t know how to deal with a situation like this so they had to call the firefighters to get me out. So then I took the stairs all the way to the 4th floor because I didn’t want to risk getting stuck in that small tin can again, I arrived at my room and it was completely different to the pictures I saw online. Although I would admit the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but at least it had hot water and a toilet, I found it strange to be having breakfast in the basement but the theme of the restaurant was actually modern. But the dinner was also in the basement, which didn’t matter as the dinner was amazing. I wasn’t happy with being stuck in a lift and I wasn’t exactly amused at the reception desk, apart from all that, I rate Hotel...

Dobry vecer, co sa jedna personalu, personal je zacinajuc od recepcii, kuchyni a upratovacieho personalu su perfektni ludia, zdvorili, profesionalni, ochotni poradili ked sme sa pytali napriklad na dobru restauraciu, hotel ma tip top zamestnancov. Pri ranajkach sa zamestnanci velmi snazia ranajky boli cestve a s laskou pripravene, ranajky nam chutili. Len bolo tam velmi zima ranajkovali sme s manzelom v zimnych vetrovkach a vypada to tam v hroznom stave ako za komunistickych cias ako v garazi! Parkovat sa da vzadu za hotelom. Izba v ktorej sme boli, bola velmi cista. Co sa tyka Ambiente velmi slaby standart, ziadny bar. Kupelka je cista ale potrebuje bezpodmienecne renovaciu. Bateria v umyvadle sa tak tazko ovladala ze som vodu len len vedela pustit. Musim povedat, ze som Slovenka zila som 20 rokov na Slovensku, 20 rokov som vydata v Rakusku takyto Hotel som v takomto hroznom stave este nevidela. S manzelom chodime na dovolenky Thajsko, Dominikanska Republika, Filipiny, Cuba, Sri Lanka ale musim povedat ze v tychto krajinach ktore su ratane do 3 Sveta, ale pre turistov su tieto Hotely luxusne stavane a krasne moderne zariadene. V tomto hoteli je vidiet, ze tento Hotel nevybudovava Standart ale strasne vzadu zaostava, ten standart u nas nikdy takymto spösobom nebude. Neni som viac na nieco taketo zvyknuta! Co sa tyka Matraca bol v dobrom stave, postel pohodova v poriadku. Balkon cisty, taktiez zavesy velmi ciste, cerstvo oprane. Poloha Hotela je prijemna. Co nam s manzelom velmi chybalo bol pohodlny bar s pohodlnymi kreslami, gaucom, chceli sme si koktaili vychutnavat na vecer ale bohuzial nebola ziadna moznost, skoda velka skoda ze to majitelia v takomto podstandartnom stave nechavaju. V izbach sme vzdy v hoteloch zvyknuty na malickost na pera, jednorazove papuce, 2 male mydla, 2 sampony, 2 sprchove gely, 2 male diary 2 vatove tycinky, 2 pilniky na nechty, 2x gumove capice na vlasy ale tuto to nikoho nezaujima ani jedno z toho sme nenasli v izbe. A chybaju tiez formulare na ohodnotenie izby, typy zlepsovania pre hosti hotela atd to sme zvyknuti v kazdom hoteli sme to mali...
