We arrived at the restaurant at 5 PM, and at that time, we were the only customers. We ordered the mixed menu, and the waiter kindly informed us it would take about 30 minutes, which we agreed to. However, the food didn’t arrive until 6:10 PM over 70 minutes later. I have never ever in my life waited this long for any kind of döner kebap.
By then, we were very hungry and didn’t raise any complaints, but unfortunately, the meat was cold when it arrived. It’s hard to understand how it could take over an hour to prepare four skewers of meat and still serve them cold. There was some guy at the counter, he tasted the food and said "It's normal" Like man...
The menu cost €45, and while the portion size seemed good but the experience didn’t match the price.
Just giving 2 stars for service because the waitress was friendly and polite, and in the end, we didn’t have to pay for the meal, which was a fair gesture from the restaurant.
Overall, while the food may normally be good, this visit was a big disappointment. maybe it was an off day.
