PREZO Restaurant — Restaurant in Poprad

Went with my girlfriend. the waitress welcomed us and took us to our seats. Really fancy, nice and friendly staff, even an English menu. My girlfriend ordered the Salomon, a dessert, and i ordered a burger. It took 25 minutes for the food to arrive, which is kind of alot. She enjoyed her Salomon, it was a nightmare for me to eat the burgeri ordered... Lets say i ate each ingredient of the burger alone - could not hold it in my hands since it fells apart. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the dessert we ordered in advance, when we were ordering the food. Didn't arrive. We went to get the check without the dessert. We talked to the waitress after that, he said its his fault and he apologized, and gave us a discount too. Good staff, OK food (for me), fancy...

Wow, is a way to start the review, first of all you enter the place by an elevator which also gives the possibility to wheel chaired people to enter easily too, second the decoration is really beautiful and nice, I've been to many restaurant and never seen such a unique taste, third the service is really nice, I have been working as a waiter for 5 years after taking a service course in Germany on how to be one of the best waiters, and finally the food, it's really good and special, I loved it, I'll definitely come back when I have the chance, so yes I recommend you visiting this restaurant , by yourself, friends, family or even your date, now I'll try the dessert, sorry I enjoyed the place that I didn't wait for the dessert ;) so yeah you...

Well for my side i would give 3 stars, food is really average. Chicken masala chicken very dry and over cooked , rice heated on microwave not fresh, fries are amazing, the sauce two sauce i have ordered, mayo harisa was a bit tasteless more mayo less chilli harisa, demeglas sauce i would never call is sauce its just dressing not sauce, soup was ok, tartare was not chopped anyways. place was really amazing and staff was very good.
