Apartments - restaurant Ukanc — Restaurant in Bohinj

We went here for a late lunch since the restaurant opens at 3 PM and closes at 9PM. It is closed on Mondays. The service was good and food was served quickly. There just a few tables accupied around us. They also offer take away, so no problem getting you lunch or dinner to a camp or private apartman.

We had a mushroom risotto and chicken strips salad with load of dressing. We also had two burgers, with bacon and horseradish. While the taste was good of the meals, the second burger arrived undercooked and partially raw, one could have made a meatballs from half of the burger. Lately a person that consumed this burger felt unwell.

If you are going to order burger, be sure to emphasize you want it medium to well done. And if possible avoid the salad dressing.

Deutsch: Wir waren dort nur essen, das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und nicht teuer die Damen waren auch sehr nett. Der Burger war sehr gut gemacht und das Schnitzel hat meiner Freundin auch sehr geschmeckt. Die Portionen sind in angenehmer größe. Ich finde aber Ketchup und Mayonaise sollte kostenlos sein, wenn Pommes gegeben werden und nicht extra 0.60€ Kosten, das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau

Englisch: We only went there to eat, the food was really delicious and not expensive, and the ladies were also very nice. The burger was very well made, and my girlfriend really liked the schnitzel. The portions are of a pleasant size. However, I think ketchup and mayonnaise should be free when ordering fries, and not cost an additional 0.60€, but that's just nitpicking at a high level.

Polnisch: Byliśmy tam tylko na jedzenie, jedzenie było naprawdę pyszne i niedrogie, a panie obsługujące były również bardzo miłe. Burger był bardzo dobrze zrobiony, a mojej dziewczynie bardzo smakowała sznycel. Porcje są w przyjemnym rozmiarze. Jednak uważam, że keczup i majonez powinny być darmowe, gdy zamawia się frytki, a nie dodatkowo kosztować 0,60 €, ale to tylko narzekanie na wysokim poziomie.

Französisch: Nous y sommes allés juste pour manger, la nourriture était vraiment délicieuse et pas chère, et les dames étaient également très gentilles. Le burger était très bien préparé et ma petite amie a beaucoup aimé la schnitzel. Les portions sont de taille agréable. Cependant, je pense que le ketchup et la mayonnaise devraient être gratuits lorsque l'on commande des frites, et ne pas coûter 0,60€ supplémentaires, mais c'est juste une critique de haut niveau.

Spanisch: Sólo fuimos a comer allí, la comida estaba realmente deliciosa y no era cara, y las señoras también fueron muy amables. Best meal in Slovenia! We were staying in a hotel close to this restaurant and walked in by chance to see if they had any space for us without a reservation. We were given a table and ordered some food. I got the burger and fries and my wife got a salad. Both meals were amazing! The best meal we have had so far this week in Slovenia. The customer service was also very good and we will come back here again next year when we return to the area.
