these Volenik guys are really a piece of work, have been there now for the third time with kids and it is going from bad to worse, first we waited 12 minutes for our order, then after our kid went to ask, they delivered "something" in another two minutes. water was wrong, ice-cream they forgot. when our kid asked if they would offer something as appologise, the guy, who btw struggled to speak slovenian, replied there is nothing he (Volenik) could offer, in an unpolite manner... obviously McDonalds do not perform any regular service checkings on their franschizees, as if they would, these Volenik guys would be gone by...

The worst McDonald’s in Ljubljana. First of all you will wait longer for coffee than for food. One time we waited 1h for food and then after that 30 minutes for coffee and they got the order wrong and then when I went to confront it they did in 2 minutes. The manager (I think it was the manager) was rude. The food is average. But if you take out, check if everything is in because every time we took out something was missing (burger, wrap, drinks etc.). But if you go to this mcdonalds order something like bigmac or mcchicken bc otherwise you will wait...
