I’ve eaten here over the course of two days.

Day 1: Nothing but praise! I had the mussels for lunch and the čevapčiči for dinner — both were excellent. The mussels seemed fresh, and nearly all of them were open. The wine sauce was tasty, although slightly too lemony for my liking. The čevapi were also very good; I had them with lepinja bread instead of fries, and I’d recommend it.

Day 2: Unfortunately, a different story. Avoid the “burger with fries.” First of all, this is not a burger. It’s a piece of bread with pljeskavica (a Balkan-style meat patty). The patty was so thin it could almost pass for deli meat. The tomatoes were chopped (not sliced, for some reason), and while raw onions aren’t a dealbreaker, I was served two or three full slices just thrown on top — not even separated into rings. The fries were store-bought and frozen, and shockingly, one of them was still ice cold and raw. On top of that, the mayonnaise and ketchup came in tiny pre-packaged sachets and tasted just as cheap as they looked.

That said, stick to the seafood here. The mussels were great, and I noticed several other customers having fish dishes that looked absolutely delicious. Even though they came with those same disappointing fries, the fish itself looked fresh and well-prepared — definitely more in line with the restaurant’s strengths.

I know this review might seem harsh, but I believe it’s fair. It takes multiple good experiences to earn a returning customer, but only one bad one to lose them. What made it worse is that the burger wasn’t even a cheaper option — it cost the same as the other mains I ordered, over €13. For that price, I expected...

A Fantastic Dining Experience

I recently dined at this lovely little restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, enhanced by great music that set the perfect mood. The service was attentive and friendly.

The food was simply divine—flavorful and beautifully presented, with a good understanding of gluten-free options available. Best of all, the prices were good, making it a great value.

Stopped by for dinner. We got a table straight away. Our waiter was kind and helpful, bit of a language barrier but he made an effort. We ordered a mixed plate for two, it’s huge, easily enough for 3 even. Everything was super fresh and tasty. The only only down side for the whole dinner was when it come to pay, we could not get any waiters attention - the young guy left it think. The older man waiters are just smoking around freely and like a chimney…. Be prepared that it can take time until they approach you again once you ordered and...
