If you’re a foodie, make sure you eat at this restaurant. You should prioritize this restaurant as the #1 place you’d like to eat in Slovenia IF you’re a foodie. All the seafood is local and fresh. The homemade cured prosciutto, the lava cake, and the appetizer with scallops, mussels, clams, and shrimp that are not on the menu and recommended as an off menu item are some of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life. We ate the sauce from the seafood appetizer with a spoon because it was so good. The house wine is great. Sebastian also makes his own digestif red wine and I don’t know what it’s called but it’s absolutely amazing. This is not an exaggeration- it’s some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. I would come back to Piran just to eat here because the food is so good.
The service is very down to earth - no frills here so don’t expect that at this restaurant. It’s not a place you come for Instagram purposes.
