What's worse, the kitchen staff exhibited a sheer lack of motivation, as they neglected to clean the Potjie pot they serve this in. Meanwhile, I watched as the dinner party that had arrived long after us promptly departed, leaving us still languishing without our food. As if that weren't bad enough, I decided to order a takeaway, only to discover that the fish was served raw. This, my friends, is the epitome of culinary incompetence.
