They never have anything with ice cream in the evening, the machine has been broken for months. Why advertise items that you can't produce? The cashier was friendly and competent, and generally awesome, but the evening manageress and security/ garbage emptier were completely unreasonable!!!... I came in at night to take away supper for my family. I had a small, quiet, well-behaved dog with me, as I have in the past. Previously, they said that as long as none of the customers were bothered by him that it was fine to have him wait with me. I ordered and went to a quiet corner with my little, Maltese poodle-cross dog. The mopey garbage man told me that I had to wait outside with the dog. There were some unsavoury men outside, and I didn't feel comfortable waiting outside. I explained to the man that I had been there many times before, and they had said that as long as no one was disturbed by the dog that it was fine for him to be there. There were only about 8 people in the 'restaurant', and no one was bothered by the dog. In fact, a few customers were amused by him, talked to him and wanted to pet him. The male employee went and complained to the manageress, and she came out and said that we had to wait outside. I cancelled my order and left. I could see that the cashier was sympathetic to my situation, but could not object to the manageress. I will not support this...

I was indecisive about what to buy. I eventually ordered a zinger twister,however, literally a few seconds after the lady named Sive the cashier Rung it up, I quickly wanted to change it to a Wise3 . Sive said she couldn't void it bcoz it's already rung up. I begged her but she refused with a smile which was very annoying. I stood at the counter and rather accepted the fact that I couldn't. Then suddenly a lovely lady saw I was quite irrate. She greeted politely and asked what she can help with. I explained- She speedily communicated and gave the staff my order. Apologised and rung my order up without a complaint...me not knowing she was the manager. I saw her badge...I couldn't stop thanking her. She was so polite and kind and assisted with great pleasure. Management: SHAYLEE🌻 you are a Star. It's very rare to find managers at KFCs. SHAYLEE is on her feet and ready to help and always available. Thank you for your great service. Staff needs to communicate more and go the extra mile!! I'm happy to dine in...

This KFC is really bad especially now as we speak in 2024. The people working there are so lazy so much so that they put half the cup of chips when they make our orders. When I check my food and complain, the cashier will tell me it's chips. This has been happening and it's getting worse. I ordered a twister, but I got a small wrap of cheese and chicken. My chips were eaten and were half in the cup. I am very very upset by this and I feel that the manager needs to do a better job by regulating the chips given and by speaking to the workers making our food.

They need to STOP BEING LAZY. If they can purposely give us small chips what about rotten or dirty burgers. I'm not going to risk my health because KFC has lazy workers that can do their job. Fire them or teach them how to make...
