Jules On Jarvis — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

WOW. Down from years of 5 stars in my ratings (as we are regular customers) to just 1!!! How this happen?? First time i do this as Level 7 Google maps guide. Well guys, what you send out on delivery is discusting. I do not mind the R200 for a tiny dish. But I do mind if the quality is below sub par. Third order now and it a bunch of .... you can't eat. I have pictures and some videos for your managers to watch. I do not post it here as I wish you still luck as your on premise experience is still good for EL. Maybe in the top 3 best restaurants here and this is a compliment. But guys, pull your socks up again on deliveries!!!

2022 Edit after onsite visit for breakfast. Would give 6 stars if possible. Great service, breakfast is the best I had for a long time and the restaurant is beautiful. They have a backyard area outdoors so we will be back for some afternoon/evening beers and dinner. Awesome place!

2021 We still don't go to restaurants but we support by ordering online. JOJ is sometimes available in the order app. If they are, ORDER. I do whenever I can. This is the best food you can get in EL and when this pandemic is over we will go on-site. Only wish is to place a fish main so my gf can have a fried hake and I can have the marokkan chicken and the 200g filet, btw a great combo :) everything is delicious. We got to experience the chicken and beef burger over the weekend at an event and thought we get this for breakfast this morning so with our FIRST TIME visit and ordering 3 x breakfast brunch burgers, we got advised that there are no buns ready. Take note that after being told we can only order breakfast as the kitchen is only prepared for breakfast. So fine we order 3 x breakfast brunch burgers to go and get advised sorry they still baking the buns. So I ask as to what time the buns would be ready and was advised "10:30" Awesome so i asked as to what time breakfast might be ending and was advised "11:30"

If you bake your own buns why not prep early enough to accommodate your customers when opening? Well a 2hour wait before I can order breakfast.
