KFC Market Square — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

This KFC really needs to do better honestly, it's long overdue now and it's the only KFC that is open 24 hours for it to be this way. They always run out of stock, they are slow I don't know if they need more employees, sometimes they just close early on a random day or just tell you to come back after sometime because there's no meat or something, their speed points don't do apple pay which is an inconvenience to people who only use apple pay because imagine you waited in a long slow queue for them to tell you they don't do apple pay. The staff are really nice and accommodating but just so extremely culturally loud. The food prep was quick and what one expects from KFC but was a little oily. It still filled the hollow. The security guard was very pleasant, taking his duty seriously, he was firm but decent in his handling of the vagrants, which populate the perimeter of all these food outlets of an evening. Always my go to fast food outlet as I work across the parking lot from them and their service has always been pleasant. Except for today, I spent 30min waiting for a streetwise 2 and dunked wings. I went to the cashier to enquire as I see that people were coming and going and I was still waiting, her response was that my order ayikaphumi. By the time I got it it was cold meaning that it had been sitting there for a while and nobody bothered about it. The lady who handed it over to me apologized profusely though.
