Steers Oxford Street — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

it was shocking from placing the order to receiving the order, my wife and i went to your steers in oxford street on the 10 of June were we ordered two toasted bacon and egg sandwiches, while we eat alot at the steers in port elizabeth, we thought the service and quality would be the same it was certainly not. firstly we waited nearly ten minutes for some one to help us and we were the only customers at the time, we got our toasted sandwiches which we waited so long for and then there was a single piece of bacon in each sandwich with a very greasy hard egg in side, we pay so much for a sandwich and thats the type of service a visitor guests gets. we were not even greeted or told enjoy your day nothing, really a digrace, please do something with regards to your...

I was sold half cooked side breast with Lemon & Herb dressing dripping on the chicken. The Manager was very very rude asked if I need takeaway or leg. Why would I opt for leg whereas I specifically bought side breast (for health reasons best known to me)? Why did he think that I must take this uncooked meat as a takeaway?
